Hospital Key Accountmanager Belgium
The Role and your Responsibilities
The Hospital Key Accountmanager will be responsible for developing and accelerating sales within Belgium. This will involve building firm relationships with commercial stakeholders and KOLs in drug procurement, the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities critical to major new launches and brand management within the segment. Tender administration and detailing on topics relevant to good tender performance will be crucial.
The KAM will be co-responsible for sales and margin target of the hospital business.
Responsibilities:
- - Visiting hospital pharmacists, medical purchasers and other people with responsibility in the DMU.
- - Building strong relationships with KOLs and purchase groups
- - Develop and execute account plan
- - Pro active attention to development and changing in BE hospital market and BE healthcare systems
- - Tender administration and FU
What is Required:
- -Higher degree from relevant institute of education (medical/pharmaceutical related backgrounds would be viewed
positively)
- - Minimum 2 years experience in the Belgium hospital pharmaceutical market.
- - Strong track record in sales and marketing, both strategically and tactically
- - Strong in creating and maintaining relations at all levels, internally and externally
- - High ability to work and succeed in a complex and fast changing environment
